RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

We take pride in designing and manufacturing our products, but if for any reason you have to return a product, please read the Return, Exchange and Refunds policy set below to learn how to return your purchase.

RETURNS FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Miss Bettina delivers to you the best quality product through careful design and quality control. However, if your product is found to be faulty you can contact us at care@missbettina.com.au within 5 days of the receipt of goods and we will be more than happy to assist you with the return process. You may choose to receive either a full refund or exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.

To arrange for a refund or exchange, please email us at care@missbettina.com.au. Please enter your invoice number and the word “Return” in the subject line of your email and include the reason for your return. We will contact you within 24 hours on where to send the faulty item. We will issue you with an Australia Post return label which you will need to stick on the front of the return parcel. You will not be charged a return postage fee.

This policy applies to both international and domestic orders. However, international customers are not eligible for an exchange. A full refund will be issued for damaged or faulty items for international customers.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Miss Bettina puts your satisfaction first. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or have a change of mind, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days from date of receipt of goods.  The products must be returned in their original purchase condition and packaging, unused, unmarked, unwashed, not defaced in any manner and with tags on. Please be advised that we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage charges for change of mind returns.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, at present we cannot offer exchanges for international orders, however we will be more than happy to refund the purchase price to your original method of payment, upon receiving the returned item in its original state. You return item/s must be shipped to us within 14 days from the date your order was received. The item/s must be in original re-saleable condition; unused, unmarked, unwashed, not defaced in any manner and with tags on. Please be advised that we cannot reimburse the cost of return postage charges.

RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES

FOR PURCHASES MADE USING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

Good news! If you have paid using your PayPal account, you are entitled to subsidised return postage by PayPal. Paying with PayPal on our website not only brings peace of mind to you when it comes to return postage fees, but also helps us in providing our customers with an easy return option & experience. Currently, PayPal allows up to 8 free returns per year per customer, on postage charges below $AU45, but please check PayPal’s returns policy at https://www.paypal.com.au/returns/ for the most up to date information and to learn more.

FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: 

  • Regular payment methods with a credit or debit card will incur return postage charges to the customer, in the event of a ‘change of mind’. 
  • Miss Bettina will bear the return postage charges of any product deemed to be faulty or damaged within the 14 days’ return period, irrespective of the payment method.

REFUND PROCESSING

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item at our warehouse. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be received in your account.
  • PayPal refunds will be issued to the respective PayPal account of the customer.
