Once you have placed your order and we have received your payment, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking information.
Orders may be cancelled prior to the commencement of the order process. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as practical & we will do our best to fulfil your order cancellation request. However, once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order. Alternatively, you may return or exchange your order by following our ‘change of mind’ returns process.

We offer free regular shipping on all orders above AU $100 for Australian customers only. Domestic orders of less than AU $100 will attract a flat fee of AU $10. Customers wishing to select the Express Postage option will be charged a flat fee of AU $20, irrespective of the order price.
Estimated standard delivery times are between 2-5 working days after the order has been shipped. Express delivery takes between 1-2 working days.
All delivery lead times are estimated, and cover only the metropolitan areas. Major metropolitan areas include: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. If your delivery address is not within an Australian metropolitan area, standard delivery may take between 5-14 working days after your order has been shipped.

All international destinations will incur a postage charge of $AU40. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Please make sure you check with your local customs office prior to purchase.
International deliveries to metropolitan areas can take between 14-21 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to International PO Box Addresses.
We take extra care in packing your orders and apologise for any inconvenience if incorrect items are shipped to you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately, at no additional cost to you. We will issue a return postage label for you to use to return the incorrect item.
In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com if you suspect items are missing from your order.
If you are concerned that an order may be lost please contact the carrier as soon as practical to try and resolve the issue. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the case cannot be resolved, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
